The continued investment in our attorney ranks across offices and practice groups is yet another demonstration of our positive growth trajectory and commitment to putting our ‘People First.’”
Ashcraft is a skilled transactional, corporate and administrative law attorney whose practice encompasses complex commercial transactions and regulatory compliance matters. With more than 20 years of experience representing clients in highly regulated industries such as marijuana and hemp, gaming, liquor and transportation services, Ashcraft advises businesses through all phases of operation – from startups, through financing, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, land use and licensing. She is based in Las Vegas.
Barr is a member of the firm’s Corporate Services practice group with more than 20 years of eclectic legal experience. While he focuses his practice on counseling clients in the marijuana and hemp industries with respect to business transactions, commercial litigation, real estate, crisis management, and government relations, he also has experience with municipal law and has handled civil rights matters for his clients. Barr is based in Las Vegas.
Bergère has more than 35 years of experience in the field of environmental law. His experience working in government lends to his depth of knowledge when it comes to guiding clients whose activities are governed by federal and state environmental programs. Serving Fortune 500 clients across the country, Bergère regularly manages and resolves environmental liability issues arising from former holdings and operations, including Superfund “tail” liability that sometimes follows historic operations. He is based in Philadelphia.

He is focused on the representation of condominiums, cooperatives, homeowners associations (HOAs) and purchases and sales of residential properties. Cohen is based in New York City.
