Clark Hill announced today that Michael Fritz has joined the firm as a Member of its Real Estate practice. Fritz will initially join Clark Hill’s New York office but will be transferring to Arizona later this year. Fritz arrives from Shipman & Goodwin LLP.
On 1 February 2023, Dr Johannes Teichmann will start as a partner in the Frankfurt office of Luther Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft. Teichmann joins Luther from Baker McKenzie, where he advised on trade and distribution law as a partner. Joining him is Rebecca Romig, who will also work for Luther’s Commercial team.

King & Spalding announced today that Olivia Radin has joined the firm as a partner on its Special Matters and Government Investigations team. She is based in the New York office. Radin joins the firm from Freshfields, where she was managing partner of the New York office and a member of its global board.
