Sidley is pleased to announce that Scott Colwell and Patrick Kwak have joined Sidley’s Capital Markets practice as partners in London. They join from Latham & Watkins and follow the recent arrival of a team of five Global Finance partners, also from Latham & Watkins, including Jay Sadanandan and Sam Hamilton, global co-leaders of Sidley’s Leveraged Finance practice, as well as Fergus O’Domhnaill, Joe Kimberling, and Ben Wright, who, together with Mr. Colwell and Mr. Kwak, will represent an integrated leveraged finance offering for Sidley’s existing and prospective clients.
