(“Bright Horizons”), a portfolio company of Bain Capital Partners, LLC. A total of approximately $323.1 million in proceeds was raised in the offering. Affiliates of Bain Capital Partners, LLC and certain other selling stockholders received all of the gross proceeds from the offering.
