Global law firm White & Case LLP has expanded its Global Mergers & Acquisitions Practice with the addition of Tiaan De Wit as a partner in Johannesburg. Tiaan joins White & Case from ENSafrica, where he was a director (the ENSafrica equivalent to partner).

Global law firm Clyde & Co has announced the partner hire of Ton van den Bosch in Singapore to further strengthen the firm’s global Energy, Marine & Natural Resources practice in Asia Pacific. Perkins Coie today announced the acquisition of the team at Kluk Farber Law PLLC, a New York-based emerging companies and venture capital (ECVC) boutique firm. Kluk Farber’s 12 lawyers and six business professionals will lead Perkins Coie’s New York ECVC practice from a new Startup and Emerging Companies Center located in the Flatiron District. The acquisition deepens Perkins Coie’s presence in New York to over 100 lawyers and follows the recent additions of four veteran ECVC partners in recent months in Austin, Los Angeles, and Portland.
