Keisha O. Coleman—an experienced trial lawyer who handles business disputes, securities issues, and investigations by federal regulators—has joined Ballard Spahr’s Litigation Department and White Collar Defense/Internal Investigations and Securities and Corporate Governance Litigation groups as a partner, firm Chair Mark Stewart announced today. She will be resident in the firm’s Atlanta office. Coleman joins the firm from McGuireWoods LLP in Atlanta.

Prominent Former Federal Prosecutor for the Southern District of New York Peter M. Skinner Joins Morrison Foerster

Over the course of his career, he has tried 15 cases and argued 18 appeals. Skinner’s arrival underscores the continued expansion of Morrison Foerster’s market-leading litigation capabilities, including the addition of former 21st Century Fox Deputy General Counsel and SDNY AUSA, Brian Michael, earlier this month. Immediately prior to joining the firm, Skinner was with Boies Schiller & Flexner LLP.
