With more than two decades of experience in business and law, Mr. Barnes focuses his practice on corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, in the energy, communications technology and financial services sectors. Prior to joining Lewis Brisbois, Mr. Barnes practiced with Womble Bond Dickinson LLP where he represented public and private companies in a variety of transactions and general corporate matters. Before entering private practice, he served as in-house counsel for a large technology company.

Paul, Weiss Adds Antitrust Partner in Washington

Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP announced today that Christopher M. Wilson has joined the firm as a partner in the Litigation Department, resident in Washington. A former trial lawyer of the U.S. Department of Justice’s Antitrust Division, Wilson advises clients on a full range of antitrust matters, including merger control, cross-border antitrust investigations and private party litigation involving complex antitrust and consumer protection issues.  Wilson was most recently with Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP in DC before joining the firm.
