Both attorneys join Greenberg Traurig from Akerman LLP, where they worked as a team in the West Palm office.
Corporate and M&A attorney Waajid Siddiqui has joined Holland & Knight’s New York office as a partner. He focuses on upstream and downstream oil and gas transactions, as well as acquisitions and divestitures of lending and leasing platforms and portfolios of financial assets. Mr. Siddiqui was previously a partner with Shearman & Sterling.
