King & Spalding announced today that Chris Duffy has joined the firm as a partner in its Business Litigation practice group. Duffy is based in the firm’s New York office. Duffy joins King & Spalding from Vinson & Elkins, where he was co-leader of the commercial litigation group.
Alston & Bird has strengthened its IP Litigation Group with the addition of partner Erik Carlson in the firm’s Los Angeles office. Erik litigates patent cases involving technology in the high tech and medical device fields. Carlson arrives at the firm from BakerHostetler in Los Angeles.
