Cozen O’Connor is pleased to announce three attorneys from one of southern California’s leading litigation boutiques, Lombardi & Donohue LLP, have joined its fast-growing Commercial Litigation practice. Thomas E. Lombardi, Devin A. Donohue, and Brett D. Leonard Jacoby has joined Cooley as a partner in its technology transactions group. He will be based in Cooley’s New York office. Previously, he was a partner at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton, where he built and led its global transactional IP practice.
