Baker Donelson Expands Georgia Health Care Practice with Addition of Michelle Williams

She works alongside domestic and international investors, private equity funds, hedge funds and other lenders. She also advises shareholders or buyers in their restructuring or external growth operations. She began her career as a lawyer in 2001 in the mergers and acquisitions department of Fried Frank, successively in London, New York and Paris, and joined Weil Gotshal & Manges in 2005. Delphine moved to STC Partners as a partner in 2008 and then joined Bremond & Associés in 2012.
