Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP today announced that former U.S. Ambassador Lee Wolosky has joined Willkie as a partner. Lee is based in New York and Washington, D.C. and will serve as Chair of the Firm’s new National Security and Cross Border Litigation practice. Also joining Willkie as partners are Andrew Lichtman, who is based in New York, and Douglass Mitchell, who is based in Washington, D.C.
Alston & Bird’s Finance Group continues to bolster its nationally recognized private credit practice with the addition of partner Adam Heasley in New York. Adam advises private credit lenders, borrowers, and sponsors in financing transactions with a focus on acquisition and recapitalization credit facilities and asset-based lending. He also guides his clients in structuring bespoke intercreditor arrangements and through complex workouts and restructurings. Heasley arrives at the firm from Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP.
