Cozen O’Connor is pleased to announce that Christopher S. McLoon, a nationally recognized and respected tax attorney, has joined the firm’s Tax practice. McLoon, who has spent nearly three decades providing strategic tax guidance to major businesses, investors, and real estate developers, comes to the firm from Nutter McClennen & Fish LLP. He joins Cozen O’Connor as a member and will work out of the firm’s Philadelphia office.
