McGuireWoods is bolstering its national environmental litigation and regulatory enforcement capabilities with the arrival of Atlanta partner Adam Sowatzka, a former EPA enforcement attorney who brings more than 25 years of experience handling crisis management, major environmental incident response, and civil and criminal investigations and enforcement matters spanning all areas of environmental media, including air, water and waste. Sowatzka joins McGuireWoods from King & Spalding.
Littler, the world’s largest employment and labor law practice representing management, has added Richard H. Rahm as a shareholder in its San Francisco office. Rahm, who was a Littler shareholder from 2006 to 2021, rejoins the firm from DLA Piper.
