Eversheds Sutherland has welcomed finance lawyer, David Wyles, to play a leading role in growing its energy & infrastructure M&A finance capability. David joins partner Alex Carver, who moved from global law firm, Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer last year to take on the role of Global Co-Head of Energy & Infrastructure Finance. David was previously a partner and infrastructure M&A finance lead at international law firm, Herbert Smith Freehills (HSF).

Holland & Knight has strengthened its nationally recognized Corporate, M&A and Securities Practice Group with the addition of Private Equity Partner Andrew McCune in Chicago.
