Global law firm Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner (BCLP) has announced that Ariel White-Tsimikalis will join the firm as a partner with the London M&A and Corporate Finance Team. White-Tsimikalis joins from Davis Polk & Wardwell where she advised banks, corporates and private equity funds on equity capital markets transactions, corporate governance matters and general public company representation.
She has extensive experience having worked at Latham & Watkins and undertaken secondments to the in-house legal teams at Jefferies, Citigroup and Goldman Sachs.
Deputy Departmental Managing Partner Simon Beddow said of White-Tsimikalis’ hire: “We are delighted to be welcoming Ariel to the team. Her extensive equity capital markets experience further strengthens our team and continues the development we envisaged under our strategic growth objectives.”
Of her joining BCLP, White-Tsimikalis said: “I am thrilled to be joining BCLP. The corporate team in London has real talent and ambition, I’m excited to become part of that.”
She starts with BCLP on June 22.
