Judith is a leading healthcare lawyer with 13 years’ of experience. She joins from BLM where she was a partner.
Her practice focuses on representing healthcare practitioners and organisations in regulatory and disciplinary matters and in coroner’s inquests.
She conducts her own advocacy and obtained her higher rights of audience in 2014. Judith represents healthcare professionals, NHS Trusts and a range of healthcare providers in inquests and criminal investigations.
Judith regularly appears before the GMC and GDC representing doctors and dentists, and advises other healthcare professionals facing regulatory and disciplinary investigations.
Prior to joining BLM, Judith was an in-house lawyer at the GDC advising the fitness to practise department and regularly acting as the GDC advocate in fitness to practise committee hearings.
