Clyde & Co Strengthens Aviation Liability Practice With New Partner Hire

Global law firm Clyde & Co today announces the hire of Charlie Röbin as partner in the firm’s aviation liability practice in London. Charlie returns to Clyde & Co on 6th January 2025 after joining Kennedy’s in 2023.

He advises airlines, helicopter operators, airports and handling agents on all aspects of aviation liability and insurance matters. He brings with him a wealth of experience and strong relationships within the industry where he has handled a full spectrum of claims. These range from major loss to attritional claims including subrogation, debt recovery, sanctions and coverage issues.

Charlie’s experience also extends to advising various air carriers on their conditions of carriage, advising on commercial aviation agreements and handling matters involving EU consumer rights legislation.
He has a particular focus on the UK, Europe, Middle East, Africa and North America.
