Kirkland & Ellis International LLP is pleased to announce that Stuart Boyd will join the Firm’s London office as a partner in the Corporate Practice Group. Mr. Boyd focuses his practice on private equity.

Mr. Boyd will join Kirkland from the London office of Linklaters, where he advised private equity houses and financial sponsor clients on all forms of leveraged M&A and portfolio assistance, including restructuring advice.
Mr. Boyd is listed in the ‘Private Equity: Buyouts’ rankings of Chambers UK 2016, which called him “extremely knowledgeable and experienced” and noted he “deals well under pressure.”
