International law firm DAC Beachcroft is pleased to announce that top litigator Clarissa Coleman will join the firm’s Commercial Litigation practice in London. Clarissa joins from K&L Gates, where she was also a partner.
Clarissa has significant in-house and private practice experience of complex commercial disputes, including advising corporates and individuals on multi-jurisdictional disputes and arbitration, enforcement strategies, reputation and crisis management, internal and external investigations, ethics, and governance. She has also advised on claims relating to private equity structures, fee agreements, shareholder agreements, failed joint ventures and contractual disputes, and regulatory investigations.
