Dechert is currently advising GIC on the consortium’s sale of Refinitiv to the London Stock Exchange for US$27billion. Dechert also advised SK hynix Inc., a South Korean semiconductor and memory chipmaker, as part of a consortium in connection with the US$18billion acquisition of Japan-based Toshiba Corporation’s NAND flash memory and solid-state drive business.
