Dentons has bolstered its UK employment and pensions capabilities with the hire of partner Eleanor Hart in London.
Having spent 10 years as a pensions associate, she originally qualified and practiced as an M&A lawyer for seven years prior to this, transitioning to pensions after being involved in a significant transaction with pensions issues.
She currently advises on a broad variety of pensions matters, both transactional and general advisory, acting for trustees and corporate sponsors. Over the course of her pensions career, she has done an equally substantial amount of advisory and transactional work.
Jeremy Cohen, Dentons’ CEO for the UK and Middle East, said, “We are delighted to welcome Eleanor to the partnership, bringing on board her significant experience to further strengthen Dentons’ pensions expertise across the UK and beyond. We look forward to growing our client base with our added capabilities, as well as being able to provide a higher quality service to our existing clients.”
Dentons’ UK People, Reward and Mobility team advises on a full scope of employment, pensions and immigration work, recently securing victory in the biggest pensions case to reach the UK Supreme Court, and bolstering its immigration capabilities with the hire of UK head of immigration Jessica Pattinson at the end of 2017.
