DLA Piper today announces that project finance lawyer Nacim Bounouara has joined the firm as a partner in its Finance and Projects practice, based in London.
Nacim Bounouara has joined the firm from Ashurst, where he has been working since 2010. With over 11 years’ experience in energy project finance, Nacim specialises in the development and financing of power projects (conventional, renewables, waste-to-energy and nuclear) and oil & gas projects across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Nacim has also extensive experience in transport and social infrastructure financings. His clients include energy companies, governments, global investment and commercial banks, multilaterals and export credit agencies.
