DLA Piper today announces the appointment of Tracey Renshaw as a partner in its Corporate practice, based in London. Tracey will be joining the firm from Clifford Chance in Australia, where she has been a partner since 2011 and also served as co-head of their global oil & gas group.
Renshaw specialises in M&A in the oil & gas and mining sectors. Tracey is experienced in advising on public company takeovers, capital raisings, joint ventures and private company and business acquisitions (including with private equity involvement).
