Bartlett regularly advises on cross-border project finance, acquisition finance, reserve-based lending, Islamic finance, commodity-based financings, export credit finance, and other structured finance transactions across a wide variety of sectors and industries. He has extensive experience working on upstream, midstream, and downstream oil and gas, power, and satellite financings, and he also regularly counsels clients on innovative renewable financings and energy transition transactions.

Bartlett graduated from Leeds University in 1997 with a BA (hons) and qualified as a solicitor of England and Wales in 2001.
Bartlett follows the recent arrivals of Sidharth (Sid) Bhasin and James Clayton-Payne, who joined the firm as corporate partners in the Energy & Infrastructure Industry Group in Singapore. Finance partner Don Stokes will also join Latham in Singapore in the Project Development & Finance Practice and Energy & Infrastructure industry Group. All three partners have extensive experience in the energy, power, infrastructure, and renewables sectors.
