Herbert Smith Freehills is pleased to announce the appointment of Finance partner Gabrielle Wong to its London office.

With over 20 years’ finance-related experience in the EMEA region in capital markets and leveraged finance, Gabrielle’s clients include borrowers, issuers, lenders, private equity firms and underwriters on bank-finance transactions.
Jason Ricketts, Global Head of Finance, Real Estate and Projects at Herbert Smith Freehills, commented: “Gabrielle’s appointment will enable us to widen our US debt finance focus and allow for further collaboration between our leverage finance, US securities, debt capital markets and energy and infrastructure practices across the globe.”
Gary Hommel, Head of the firm’s London Finance practice, commented: “Gabrielle brings with her a breadth of experience which will strengthen our growing US debt practice internationally. We look forward to welcoming her to the firm.”
Gabrielle was admitted in New York in 1995 and is fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese.
