HFW has continued to expand its global fraud and insolvency practice with the hire of Simon Jerrum. Simon specialises in complex insolvency litigation and joins HFW’s London office as a partner from Norton Rose Fulbright.

Simon advises clients on multi-jurisdictional insolvency and commercial litigation, often involving allegations of fraud or wrongdoing. He is a solicitor advocate and has substantial experience of disputes before the English courts, and litigation and arbitration in key venues around the world.
