HFW Grows Oil and Gas Expertise with Partner Hire

International law firm Holman Fenwick Willan (HFW) continues to expand its energy practice with the recruitment of Jayson Marks who has joined the firm’s oil and gas group as a corporate Partner, effective 6 May 2015.

Jayson has particular experience in the upstream oil and gas sector having acted for exploration and production companies and service companies for many years and been seconded to a significant Nigerian oil and gas company. He specialises in domestic and cross-border acquisitions and disposals, investments, joint ventures, commercial contracts, public takeovers, IPOs and other equity capital markets transactions.

Jayson’s recruitment comes on the back of other significant hires into the firm’s oil and gas team, including Partners Jonathan Martin and Alexander Reid.

Jayson joins the firm from Pinsent Masons.
