Hogan Lovells Bolsters Employment Law Capability with Double Partner Hire

Hogan Lovells has bolstered its Employment and Executive Compensation and Share Incentives capability with the hire of two new partners. Stefan Martin joins the firm on Monday 29th February as a partner in the Employment practice and Paul Randall will join at a later date as Co-Head of the Executive Compensation and Share Incentives (ESI) team.

Stefan is a highly-accomplished employment lawyer having practiced for 20 years across the full range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters. From complex employment litigation to large corporate and outsourcing transactions at an international level, Stefan is experienced at advising global employers on a cross-border basis in multiple jurisdictions. His client base focuses on the financial sector and well-known corporates.

Paul specialises in advising on the design, implementation and operation of executive and employee equity share acquisition plans, employee benefit trusts and performance related remuneration, as well as on the share plan aspects of MBOs, M&A, IPOs and reorganisations. His industry experience will be integral to the continued development and globalisation of the ESI practice.

Paul and Stefan are both highly-rated in the market, appearing consistently in directory rankings. Both have helped to build their respective practices at previous firms, Stefan at A&O and Paul at Ashurst.
