Haynes and Boone, LLP is delighted to announce the addition of Insolvency Partner Michael Mulligan to the firm’s London office and Restructuring Practice Group and Litigation Department. Michael joins with over 20 years of experience in insolvency, mostly in litigation and other contentious matters. He come to Haynes Boone after most recently practicing at Kingsley Napley in London.
Michael is a highly experienced contentious insolvency and commercial litigation lawyer with experience in all aspects of corporate recovery, bankruptcy, fraud, asset recovery and enforcement. His cases often cross multiple jurisdictions, and he undertakes high-value international arbitration work.
Michael previously spent over four years as an attorney in the Cayman Islands, where he represented the Cayman Islands in the Lawyers Rugby World Cup. Despite residing in the U.K., he is still instructed by international clients based in the Caribbean and other offshore jurisdictions.

The news marks the continuation of a consistent growth period for Haynes Boone in London, which has added seven partners since April, including three lateral hires in the burgeoning Investment Management Group and three via promotion over the summer.
