Ms. Stephenson focuses her practice on providing professional support in financial restructurings and formal insolvency mandates for a wide range of stakeholders including individual lenders, steering committees, sponsors, borrowers and insolvency officeholders. Ms. Stephenson joins Kirkland from the London office of Weil Gotshal & Manges, and was previously with Allen & Overy. Ms. Stephenson holds an MA from the University of Cambridge.
