Global law firm K&L Gates LLP has added Ron Feldman as a partner in the Asset Management and Investment Funds (AMIF) practice. He joins the firm’s London office from Fieldfisher LLP, where he served as the leader of the hedge fund team.
Feldman has nearly two decades of experience working with buy-side clients and major financial institutions. He advises global financial institutions and funds on derivatives and related matters including portfolio swaps and total return swaps, financing transactions including structurings, repurchase agreement transactions, stock loans, and prime brokerage and asset custody agreements. Feldman also counsels on regulatory matters such as international derivatives and margin reform as well as securities financing transactions.
