Latham Adds Capital Markets Partner in London

Latham & Watkins1 is pleased to announce that Manoj Tulsiani has joined the London office as a partner in the Capital Markets Practice. Tulsiani has extensive experience advising issuers and underwriters on a variety of complex domestic and international debt capital markets transactions. Tulsiani joins the firm from Linklaters.

Tulsiani regularly advises companies, governments and financial institutions across debt and equity-linked capital markets products, with particular expertise in bank regulatory capital, corporate hybrid, convertible/ exchangeable bond offerings and liability management transactions. He also has experience advising issuers with respect to corporate treasury and balance sheet management-related activities

Tulsiani attended Oxford University before completing his LPC at BPP Law School, qualifying as a solicitor of England & Wales in 2008.
