Bell has particular recent experience advising debtors in financial difficulty and their boards of directors across a range of jurisdictions, including in the UK, continental Europe, the Middle East, Asia and Africa. He also regularly counsels major UK companies on a variety of general banking and finance matters.

He graduated from Cambridge University in 1994 and was admitted as a Solicitor in England and Wales in 1998.
Bell is the latest partner to join Latham’s leading global Restructuring & Special Situations Practice during the last 12 months, following the arrival of Jessica Walker in London, George Klidonas and Suzzanne Uhland in New York, and Alexandra Bigot in Paris.
