Lethaby’s experience spans a number of high growth sectors, including technology, telecoms, infrastructure, insurance, and fintech. Her practice includes advising global investors and asset managers on fund and deal structuring, and she has advised numerous financial institutions during her career on structured and asset finance deals. In addition, she regularly advises clients on management incentivisation schemes.

She received a BA in Modern Languages from Fitzwilliam College, University of Cambridge, before completing both her Common Professional Exam and her LPC at the College of Law.
