Prior to her time at Goldman Sachs, Sarah spent 14 years working as a lawyer in private practice.

Linklaters’ Global Restructuring & Insolvency practice provides clients with support in dealing with the restructuring of stressed or distressed corporates, assisting financial institutions on their solvency standing and on the management of loan portfolios and single credit exposures. The Group advises investors with loan to own strategies and using distressed M&A techniques to create capital and ownership changes and introduce new finance and capital into corporates. It continues to act on the largest and most significant restructuring mandates.

Linklaters Global Head of Banking, Tony Bugg said:

“We are delighted about Sarah’s arrival. She has a unique mix of legal and commercial skills and a strong transactional and advisory reputation in the market. Sarah has been involved in some of the most complex and high-profile distressed situations in Europe.

“Sarah’s election is a great opportunity for the firm to add a high quality market leading and experienced practitioner to continue the successful development of the restructuring practice.”
