Mayer Brown announced today that Ross Montgomery has joined the firm as a partner in its Corporate & Securities practice, where he will focus on M&A, fund raisings, reorganisations, joint ventures and other corporate matters. He joins from Dechert, where he was a partner.
Ross has significant experience acting for major European and international corporations on a range of complex, cross-border transactions, with a particular focus on the financial services, insurance, TMT, sports, hospitality and leisure sectors.
