Monica Gogna Joins Dechert as Financial Services Partner in London

Gogna focuses on advising financial institutions primarily in the asset management sector and has significant experience in cross-border regulatory matters, most recently working with the Investment Association, and others, to advise on cross-jurisdictional issues regarding the application of the MiFID II research rules. She is recommended in The Legal 500 UK 2016 for her work in the financial services (non-contentious/regulatory) sector and was also recognized as a Rising Star by Derivatives Intelligence for her work in the exchange-traded funds industry. Gogna regularly writes a well-read column for the Practical Law Company and is often asked to provide market commentary on key regulatory issues affecting the buy-side.
