Squire Patton Boggs continues the expansion of its International Dispute Resolution (IDR) Practice with the appointment of Naomi Briercliffe, who joins the firm in London as a partner from Allen & Overy. Ms. Briercliffe follows Marija Šćekić who joined the London team at the end of last year.
Ms. Briercliffe has extensive experience representing clients in international commercial and investor-state arbitrations under major arbitral institutions as well as in ad hoc proceedings. She has also advised on state-to-state disputes, including before the International Court of Justice and Iran-US Claims Tribunal, as well as matters of public international law.
With a track record acting for global clients, particularly in Europe, the Middle East and Africa, Ms. Briercliffe also brings specialist expertise in the energy, aerospace, private equity and infrastructure sectors.
