Anna Humphrey has joined the firm as a partner in London focused on Employee Incentives and Executive Compensation. “We are thrilled to have Anna join our team, which is experiencing client demand in London and globally at its highest levels. Anna joins Orrick from Taylor Wessing and will be part of the firm’s tech practice, which has ranked #1 in Europe for 5+ years. She is the 11th partner addition to Orrick’s London office since 2020.
Anna advises on the full range of employee incentive matters, including structuring and implementing the equity incentive arrangements of private and public companies and multinational groups. She also has extensive experience supporting venture-backed companies and their investors throughout their lifecycle and regularly advises on strategic M&A transactions and IPO mandates.
