International legal practice Osborne Clarke has hired Jakub Kubicki to bolster its London Banking practice.
Jakub is an experienced international project finance practitioner with a strong background in structured debt finance transactions. His expertise spans several sectors including energy (renewable and conventional) and telecommunications, oil and gas, mining, water and infrastructure. He acts for wide range of clients including for lenders, borrowers, sponsors, ECAs, DFIs and IFIs in the UK and international projects, mainly in Western Europe, Central and Eastern Europe and Africa.
Jakub will join Osborne Clarke as a Partner. He previously spent three years as a Legal Director at DLA Piper and also five years at Allen & Overy.
