The global law firm Jones Day announced that Abradat Kamalpour will join the Firm’s Financial Markets Practice as a partner. Mr. Kamalpour will initially be based in Jones Day’s London Office and will thereafter be relocating to the Firm’s San Francisco Office. Mr. Kamalapour comes to the firm from Ashurst in London.
Squire Patton Boggs is pleased to announce that Vladimir Zenin has been appointed as a partner in the firm’s Global Corporate Practice, based in the Moscow office. Mr. Zenin joins from CMS where he led the M&A practice in Russia for the past six years, prior to which he had been with the corporate and energy practices of Allen & Overy in Moscow and London for almost nine years. Joining alongside Mr. Zenin is a team of three associates, Elizaveta Rakova, Natalia Gegechkory and Viktoria Shcherba, all from CMS.

Rimon’s Seoul office is its 42nd location, following the opening of new offices in international hubs London, Paris and Montréal earlier this year, as well as several new offices in the United States. Mr. Chang joins Rimon from Accelsior Partners, where he was co-founder and Managing Partner.
Allen & Overy has boosted its German private equity practice with the appointment of highly regarded private equity specialist Dr Hendrik Röhricht, who is joining the firm’s Munich office as a partner with effect from 1 July 2021. He joins from Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP, where he was a partner since 2019.
