Latham & Watkins is pleased to announce that Sam Newhouse will join the firm’s London office as a partner in the M&A Practice and Corporate Department. Newhouse regularly advises multinational companies, financial investors and financial institutions, sovereign wealth funds, export credit agencies, and public sector bodies on a variety of complex public and private M&A, joint ventures, divestments, refinancings, and reorganisations. Newhouse joins Latham & Watkins from Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer.
