Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, announced today that experienced leveraged finance lawyer Adrian Chiodo has joined the firm’s London office as a partner in the Finance & Restructuring practice. He joins from Latham & Watkins. His arrival continues the strong growth of Paul Hastings’ London office and adds further depth to the firm’s global leveraged finance offering.

Mr. Chiodo focuses his practice on cross-border leveraged finance across the capital structure, including private credit, U.S. and European term loan B, general banking and corporate financings. He also advises on public-to-private transactions, restructurings, and post-IPO and project/infrastructure financings. His clients include a broad range of financiers (including actively advising a number of key participants in the private credit market, along with commercial and investment banks), as well as issuers, private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies. His practice encompasses English law and New York law loan finance transactions across Europe. He is also qualified in Australia (New South Wales).
Paul Hastings’ London Finance & Restructuring practice regularly advises on large, complex matters. Recent representations include advising on multiple issuances of notes by Altice USA, with an aggregate value of $4.7 billion; the $1.6 billion financing for Nordic Capital’s acquisition of ADVANZ PHARMA; and the financing for Symphony Technology Group’s acquisition of Trace One.
