Proskauer, a leading international law firm, today welcomed Adrian Cohen who joins the Firm’s Business Solutions, Governance, Restructuring & Bankruptcy Group as a partner based in London. He joins Proskauer from Clifford Chance.

Adrian brings more than thirty years of experience to Proskauer, having spent the majority of his career advising on aspects of corporate restructuring and insolvency law for sponsors, debtors, lenders, commercial counterparties and insolvency officeholders. His experience crosses multiple sectors including real estate and real estate finance, hotels and leisure, media and entertainment, aircraft finance, infrastructure and project finance, energy, mining and steel production, financial services and banking.
Adrian is well-versed on multijurisdictional matters, frequently working on mandates with a European and Middle East element. In addition, he has experience working for lenders including banks and funds, agents, security agents, sponsors and corporate borrowers, commercial counterparties, derivative counterparties and governmental and regulatory agencies.
