Simmons & Simmons has today announced the appointment of a new partner to its Financial Markets practice. The arrival of real estate partner, Simon Gardiner reinforces the firm’s commitment to the real estate market, focusing on funds, financial institutions and other key players in this market.
Simon has over 18 years’ experience in real estate and joins the firm from Pinsent Masons, where he was a partner advising on a range of real estate development and investment work. He commenced his previous role in 2011 and, during this time, acted for institutional investors, US private equity, residential developers and contractor/developers.
With considerable experience in all aspects of commercial real estate, including mixed use, residential, office and retail led development and mainstream investment work, Simon will prove to be a significant asset to the Financial Markets practice.
