Sidley is pleased to announce that Robert Darwin has joined the London Corporate group as a partner in the Global M&A and Private Equity practice. Mr. Darwin joins from Dechert LLP.
Mr. Darwin’s work is international and focuses on private equity, M&A, and collaborative transactions, including strategic collaborations, acquisitions, private equity buyouts, licensing, and venture deals. Although Mr. Darwin has experience across a range of industries, including technology, consumer, and industrials, he is particularly known for his work in the life sciences and healthcare sectors. His clients range from family offices and private equity sponsors to mid- to-large-sized public and private strategics and growth companies.
