International law firm Simmons & Simmons has strengthened its corporate practice with the addition of David Parkes who joins the firm’s London office as a partner.*
David joins the firm from King & Wood Mallesons on 01 March 2017, where he has spent the past 20 years. David’s practice is focused on domestic and international M&A, including extensive experience in Africa. His expertise includes public and private acquisitions/disposals, joint ventures, private fund raisings, re-organisations and strategic advisory, as well as capital markets and private equity.
