Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP announced today that Ben Spiers will join the Firm as a Partner in the Corporate Practice of its London office. He is currently a partner in Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer’s Global M&A Group.
Mr. Spiers’ practice focuses on public and private mergers and acquisitions, securities and corporate restructurings. He has represented a wide range of corporate clients globally.
