Sloan Kelly and Rajan Shori have joined Faegre Baker Daniels’ real estate practice in London. Sloan is a partner leading the London real estate team and Rajan joined as counsel.
Sloan focuses his practice on real estate investment acquisitions, disposals, development and commercial real estate finance, advising on transactions from single asset to portfolios. Sloan’s clients range from institutions and funds to corporate and private clients both on and off-shore. Sloan was previously London head of real estate at a US firm.

Rajan advises in relation to commercial real estate investments, with a particular emphasis on inward investment and financing. He represents banks, property companies, investment funds, private equity houses and private individuals. Rajan was a partner at two previous UK Top 100 law firms.
